check in 

• The time to deliver the room to the Client   will be from 3:00 p.m. 

• The Client can arrive before the check-in time to enjoy the facilities, if the room is available it will be delivered to them at that moment, otherwise until 3:00 p.m.

• When checking in, clients must leave a guarantee deposit of $1,000.00, which will be refunded when checking out and reviewing their room. 

• Clients must leave a valid official identification at the time of check-in, which will be returned to them when leaving the room.

• Access to pets of any kind is not allowed, in case of showing up with one we reserve the right of admission without the right to refund.

• We are committed to caring for the environment, PLEASE DO NOT take any type of ATV or motorcycle, we do not have areas assigned to these vehicles within the park .

Check out 

• Clients must return the room at 12:00 noon on the day of their departure. 

• Clients may remain in the park until 2:00 p.m. after having delivered their room.

Cancellation policies 

• At Abba Park we know that trips can be affected or interrupted by external situations, which is why we offer flexible date changes.

• All reservations (Groups or Tourists in general)   are non-refundable.

Recommendations for your stay:

Our main objective is to ensure that guests can truly enjoy everything that surrounds us and to which we rarely pay attention, without damaging or transforming it, living the true Ecological Tourism is why:

1. Abbá Park does not have drainage, so it is recommended not to throw papers in the toilets or sinks

2. Abbá Park does not have electricity in the rooms, in common areas such as the restaurant, bar and auditorium we use sunlight when necessary. It is recommended that you enjoy the starry sky, a campfire and your fireplace.

3. Abbá Park has an extension of approximately +18 Hectares for you to enjoy its landscapes and the activities that the place offers.

4. For your comfort we have restaurant service and sky bar 

5. Although we love animals, for the safety of your pet, any type of pet is NOT allowed.

6. We are committed to caring for the environment, PLEASE DO NOT take any type of ATV or motorcycle, we do not have areas assigned to these vehicles within the park .
